How to Request a Refund

Refund requests are submitted from your firm's Subscription settings and reviewed through an approval workflow, tracking status, reason, and any supporting evidence.

Cancellations

Cancelling a subscription does not itself trigger a refund — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and a separate refund request can be submitted if applicable.
