By creating an account, your firm agrees to these Terms of Service and any plan-specific terms.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions bill on the cycle selected at signup. Cancellation remains active until the end of the current billing period — access is never terminated immediately upon cancellation.

3. Acceptable Use

The platform may not be used for any unlawful purpose or in a way that compromises the security or availability of the service for other firms.

4. Data Ownership

Your firm retains ownership of all client and matter data entered into the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To be finalized with counsel prior to production use.
